- Professional or employment-related information
- Education information subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)
- Inferences drawn from any of the above information to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes
- Information about consumer data requests and how we respond to them

"Shine the Light" Law
California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) permits users of our Website who are California residents to request and obtain once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties.
